New York Fashion Week...
Browsing through the fall/spring collections on mbfashionweek.com finding some absolute treats, I'm really liking the navajo look at the moment, making a few must have purchases of my own when I went through a slightly crazy online shopping spree a few weeks ago, and it's nice to see the trend carrying on into spring. New beginnings...
As the new term approaches blogging is definitely on my list of things i'm determined to keep put to date with as year progresses, I know that this year is going to be tough, and I need to get my head down and push myself to accomplish what I know I can, I even started work for college in June, so here goes...although, I do have to go to work now, so it begins tonight 10:00pm. Au Revoir!

Definitely
not the best blogger at all am I?!
Ridiculous...so lets bring you up to speed. I'm now fully into my business and marketing pathway at stafford, and I know that studying fashion was definitely the best idea for me. I recently did a weeks placement in London, working for Harris Elliot, who is a designer and creative director. I got to help assist on the Christopher Raeburn show, who is currently one of the NEW GEN designers in Topshop. I got to help prepare his presentation for London Fashion Week. I have to say, London isn't really my kinda bag, I find the place, too, too busy and too pretentious. But! I am so very grateful for the experience, and learning about how fast paced and exciting the role of a stylist and creative director can be, I don't know however, if its the career path I want to choose, but that's what work experience is there for!
I took some photos on my trip, here are some!
I also got to have food at the Hard Rock Cafe, which was most definitely a highlight, because I haven't had one in 5 years and I missed it SO MUCH! Haha. I also got to take photo's of Harrods for my Visual Merchandising project. All in all, it was a great experience, but I wouldn't want to do it again too soon into the future, I think I need to find my feet and really think about what career I want to pursue.

Blogger Blues
I know I haven't really kept my word as to updating my blog as much as possible, but that's entirely my own lazy fault. Although! I have been rather productive today, and had a good clean out of my drawers and cupboard! So I've had the chance to put a few things on EBAY, finally. Why....
is the icecream man driving around when it is this god damn cold!??!?!?!!!
In other news, I have finally done (a little) work. I really need to get myself into the habit of just getting my head down and really churning it out. My mom's back from a 2 week holiday today though so 'll be doing my work tonight after my work. She's brought me back some presents...Diorshow Extase mascara, mmmmm
I also spent a bit of time, compiling a Topshop wish-list, pretending to spend my invisible student loan (seen as though student finance England insist on messing everything up for me) hopefully I'll have it soon, maybe within the next 2 weeks :(
I'm really liking the colours of these clothes and I think i've fallen in luuuurve with these boots. Now I just need the money :( Work time! xoxo

Tequila Tequila
So, last night I went out with my boyfriend Chip, note to self, do not do tequila and then think its okay to do sambucca afterwards. Sick is not even the word. I did however have a really good night, besides a little lesbian incident, it was a success!
I didn't take a photo of what I wore but I really should start doing that, for now though I just took some photos off the interwebs. I wore peach polka dot shorts from Topshop, a peach tank top from Primark with a boyfriend blazer on top, black tights and mary-jane high heels.
Yeah so, just imagine all 3 put together. Its safe to say i'm feeling pretty rough today, and I haven't as of yet done any college work, but 'm determined to get most of it done by sunday. Hopefully. Laura xoxo
